The Challenge
FSG was appointed by a global financial company in South Africa, in a design, project management and cost management capacity for the fit out of their existing offices at Bryanston Place in Johannesburg.
The project ethos was to maintain and re-enforce the brand to achieve a level of continuity with their other offices globally.
The design took into consideration the global standards and design specification which together with the local client representative we had to portray in their existing offices. The scope consisted of 3 boardrooms, 40 open plan seats, 5 offices, a pause area and reception.
The Solution
As a company, FSG has worked with this financial company on many previous projects. This experience enabled FSG to successfully deliver the project with minimal issues.
This project was an in-situ fit out, which meant we had to build in 2 phases while maintaining business continuity. Building and commissioning this service, was tricky at times, with the staff being on the premises.
