The Challenge
FSG was initially appointed by Diageo, in a design coordination, project management, and cost management capacity for the fit-out of their new offices at Maxwell Office Park in Waterfall City in Midrand. Due to the complexity and tight timescales of the project, FSG was awarded the project on design and build basis.
The brief was to deliver their 3000m² African HQ, an office space that would reflect and complement their premium brand.
Service coordination, furniture, graphics, and joinery were key in the ultimate atmosphere created as well as incorporating the global branding and local look and feel.
The Solution
The achievement of this world class office space not only came in on time, to specification and below budget but is acknowledged by the client to be their best office globally, surpassing the standards of even New York and London.
