The Challenge
FSG was appointed by a Global Engineering Consultancy, in a design and build capacity for the fit-out of their new offices at Maxwell Office Park in Waterfall City in Midrand.
The project ethos was to establish their African Hub, portraying a local and continental theme as well as incorporating their global brand.
The Solution
The scope consisted of several large boardrooms, 80 open plan seats, 32 offices, a canteen and several collaboration areas. Inclusion of locally produced craft, designed furniture, wallpapers and textiles created the ambiance the client requested
The client was ecstatic with the outcome of the project and has commented that the quality and design of their Africa Hub surpasses that of any of their offices globally.
The Results Were Amazing
FSG managed the communication between the client, professional team and the main contractor, ensuring that everyone marched in step throughout the process to deliver a successful project and a smiling client.
